Even if he doesn't go to jail there won't be a blade 4. New line has been fully absorbed by WB, and New Line hates Snipes. Thus no Blade 4.

I don't think you can say a Blade 4 will come out of this. Snipes is in the running for Black Panther though, as my blog discusses. But that film isn't on Marvel's current schedule and if Snipes loses his appeal, he is definitely out of the running...

All Marvel has to do is wait until New Line's Blade rights run out then they can make Blade 4 on their own. With or without Snipes.

Chiwetel Ejifor, definitely! He was awesome in serenity and he has a great screen presence needed for BP.
