Interesting to see a knowledgeable person rave about There Will Be Blood, and you've been raving about it for a while. I refused to see it when it came out because I thought it would be a clone of Gangs of New York. I guess I might have been mistaken.

Yeah. There Will Be Blood is nothing like Gangs Of New York aside from the fact that DDL is badass in both of them. You should check it out if you like character dramas. Truly an American Epic character piece.

Those are 3 good novies, 28 Days Later is probably my favorite horror film and Cameron Crowe is a fine film maker, Vanilla Sky is a favorite of mine.

Hell yes. And while neither Crowe nor David Fincher are favorite directors of mine, they both have very decent filmographies.

Danny Boyle on the other hand, every single one of his films is a personal favorite of mine:

Funny you chose three because my Top 5 and Top 10 are very changing, but my top three have been consistent for awhile now. In no particular order they are:

Funny thing was I was going to make it about you top 5 favorites instead, but myself having the same issue with anything past 3 is always changing based on rewatchs and seeing movies I'd put off. I thought hearing peoples top 3 choices would likely be more concrete and would show why we hold these movies in such high regard to be in that place at all.

People should post what decade they grew up in. Like I'd be curious if a 80s kid has more of a fondness for Raiders than say Casablanca.
