Simple Assault- Only offense that required a visit to the station. I made it clear that I didn't throw the first punch. I just made sure that he couldn't punch me back.

The rest are various meaningless traffic offenses- failure to come to a complete stop at a stop sign; running a red light; doing 30 in a school zone, though I was simply moving from a complete stop after some kids crossed the street; driving without headlights on

Illegal Possession of a Concealed Weapon and Misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana.

Wait. Are you asking what crimes we've committed or what crimes we've been caught for?

I was an expert shoplifter when I was a kid. I helped to break into my friend's mum's car and steal her car radio. Other than that, I'm actually a good person! Just went through a rebellious phase.

1. Speeding - More times then I can count, but I almost never got fined in France for it until the use of radars. I recently got fined for going 66 km/h in a 60 km/h zone :(
2. Ran a red light - at 4 in the morning, no other car on the road, light switched from yellow to red just when I was passing and lo and behold cops waiting in some unseen location pull up behind me stop me and take a pleasure in fining me for over a €1k.Then again due to some relations I got the fines dropped. :D

Err Breaking and Entering, but it was my own house when nobody else was home, and I had forgoten my keys. Does that count?

Wait. Are you asking what crimes we've committed or what crimes we've been caught for?

That's what I'm wondering

Breaking and Entering
Aggervated Assault
Possession of a Deadly Weapon
Indecent Exposure(got caught taking a piss on the side of the road:whatever: )

Sexual misconduct of breaking and entering, assaulting and speeding. When I was drunk in public.
With a battery. Hawt.

I was a master shoplifter when I was a kid. Then again, so were my parents...

Aside from that, assult, affray, involvement in a riot, robbery, disorderly conduct, trespassing, posession and distribution, although in my defence it was only the once, for a friend.

I've never actually been busted for any of this though, which I like.

its the other way around.. assault is threatening or a verbal attack..battery is the act of contact

Wrong. Technically speaking, assault is any illegal contact with another person, meaning any unwelcome contact. Battery is the same thing but with the intent to inflict harm on the other person.

In my previous post, I meant to say battery is threatening or intending harm and assault is just harming another person.

To be more clear, if you get in a fight with someone and just try to defend yourself, that's assault. But if you get in a fight and try to break the other person's nose just to cause them pain, that's battery.

Battery is the more serious offense, unless the charge is aggravated assault.

Oh... by that definition I've commited assualt and battery... bugger.

Is speeding really a crime as it is only misdemeanor and worthy of a fine. Of course, it depends on the level of speeding you do.

Removing mattress tags off of beds.

Public drunkenness and Possession of an illegal substance
