What did Vegeta do for a living?

After DBZ was over and into GT. Did he use his power to become a famous body builder or do something else? Because he's strong enough to do the first one.

Or was it never mentioned and we are to assume he lived off his wife's paycheck?

Maybe he probably continue training, so that one day he could face Goku once again in Heaven.
Or maybe he just gave up, simply because he knew that he had his chanse of surpassing Goku vanished when he left.

And Vegeta is a lonely wolf so he wouldnt start a gyn to train "others".

Lets asmume he keept on being a paraciste stuck to bulmas leg like a leach.

Vegeta probably became a real family man chilled out with his family, went over to Goku's to chill out, took Trunks to go do man things, trained, ate alot of food, slept, had sex with Bulma, took Bulla to the mall, went all Hulk Hogan on Bulla's boyfriends, talked to Piccolo, etc.

As was pointed out, Bulma was rich as hell. Vegeta also isn't the materialiistic kind, it's not like he would have mooched off her and gone buying yatchs or anything. Give him a room with 700x times gravity and he's happy and occupied
