Can Vegeta go ssj4 at end of DBGT?

After Vegeta runs out of power and reverts from ssj4, Goku seemed to imply that you only needed to turn into the giant monkey once, and then going ssj4 was just like 1-3 (powering up)... It seems like if Vegeta had any power left, he would have gone back to ssj4 at the end.

So, do you think that Vegeta, at the end of DBGT can go ssj4 without the use of Bulma's blue wave machine?

Probably, but i did read somewhere else that Vegeta only can go ssj4 with the blutz wave amplifier bulma made, any truth to this?

Vegeta can go Super Saiyan 4 whenever he pleases after the first time. He only needed the blutz wave machine in order to grow a tail. Similar to how goku had to have his tail pulled out. Just like with all the other super saiyan levels once you do it once you can do it again much easier. Vegeta shouldn't have much of a problem turning SSJ4 again.
