What do Banned Hypesters do?

PALADIN was unjustly banned (in my opinion) because too many cry babies whined to poor Dew about how he huwt theiw pwecious wittle feewings...
Having said that, he's doing fine and well.

We've kept in communication, and he's adjusting rather fine to life without the Hype.

That's messed up, why people gotta snitch? You should be able to handle yourself with another hypster.

If it gets out of hand the mod should tell both us , not one tell the mod I like Paladin too he was a good person to talk to

From what I have seen.....pretty much all of those choices have been done (I can't guarentee the destroying the computer though).

I've had PM and IM talks with banned (and probated) people about their situation....sometimes it changes things....depending on the information recieved.

Many have come back under new names....some act differently when they return....some act the same or worse.

Some are never heard from again.

I've had arguments with people on here. Even when they were malicious, the last thing on my mind isn't to "tell" on them.

I think sometimes it's they hit too close to home or they are incapable of "fighting" back so they run to tell a mod.

Not everyone likes fighting...even on the internet. I get complaints from a lot of people about things....and they state in it that they just want to have a nice time here and not spend it arguing all day. They ask me to look into something.....but it doesn't always turn out the way they expect. I prefer for people to not fight and argue on here...there is enough strife in real life without heaping it on here too.

Yes. Sad that someone has a gun to their head and forces them to continue back and forth with someone with whom they violently disagree or find offensive. Sad that, despite their howls of protest, some neafarious sadist forces them to click on a thread where heated debate and playful, but ultimately meaningless insults are being thrown.
When I'm going back and forth with some one, and over the course of the exchange it comes out that my opponent is irrationally hostile or annoyingly stupid/ignorant, to the point that I'm not having fun anymore....guess what I do....PM Dew and cry about how some stranger half way across the world hurt my feel-goods?
No, i stop. There were even 3 times I had to put someone on ignore for my blood pressures sake (realizing how ******ed I was being, letting letters on a screen get me enraged), BUT! I could still read their asinine comments, even ones directly about me, when other people quoted them!
So...I, stopped reading their quotes!

You would be surprised the number of times some poster WILL follow another around all over the board to harass every post they make (no matter in what forum or what it's about)......and there are some posters who will be extremely vulgar in response.......it's a wild world we live in.

But as I said...it doesn't always work the way people expect.....I have been called in to check on a situation by poster "A" who is complaining about poster "B".....after reviewing threads, sometimes it's poater "A" who gets the reprimand....because they have either started it or did things worse in response than poster "B" had done originally.
