They allowed it to happen? You actually believe they had concrete evidence of the date and time of the attacks and did nothing?

It happened to the Lusitania back in 1915. The US government wanted to get into WW1 but the general populace didn't want it. So despite the warnings from the Germans that they'd destroy any vessels in that territory we sent a cruise liner filled with American citizens into that region. We also found out later we were suppling the Brit's with supplies. I wouldn't put it past the government to do it again. I don't trust the government one bit.

Me, I'm okay with the security. I feel that I don't put anything out there I should be ashamed or afraid of. It's nice to inconsequential. I'm one of those who chooses security more a little more than freedom. It's not really "The American Spirit" but I've made peace with that. I don't believe things are as bleak as you paint them, but I'm not that political, I could be wrong.

There was no adding the terrorist. The Clinton Administration tried to tell the Bush Administration about what they learned about terrorist learning to fly planes. And the Bush Administration ended up ignoring all the evidence. And wanted to find out how to go to war with Iraq instead. And after 9/11 he just used ti to go to war with Iraq. So, no big Government Conspiracy just plane old stupidity from Bush and his Administration. OK, maybe a little bit of Conspiracy going on there.t:
