So what do you guys like to get signed? Specific run? key books? Sentimental issues?

Right now I'm kinda keen on getting hardcovers signed.

I got my Identity crisis one signed by Turner in aug and my Crisis on infinite earthes signed by Perez last year and Wolfman this year. I've seen guys with hardcovers signed by EVERYONE and it looks kinda cool.

Never get anything signed. Not my comic or boobs... paychecks, I always get them signed.

Gee..no wonder everyone thinks the comic section on here is a joke.

Oh, you're just a Fuddy McStoppitpants. No-Fun McUptight, aren't you?

You do know how you sound, don't you?

[Kid walks up to a group of kids playing.
Kid: Hey guys, whatcha doin'?
Kid 2: Your mom!
Kids: HAHAHAHA
Kid: Hey, screw you guys! I'm gonna go play somewhere else! And nobody likes you guys!]

No I am a really fun guy and all but the comics section on the hype is a joke because no one really takes anything remotly serious about having actual discussions on comic books. Also it's pretty apperant that most on here haven't read anything on here unless it was put out within the last 5 years.

If you are a fan and want to talk about spider-man comics, for example, you go to the spidey threads because here in the comic section it's a joke.

Whoa whoa whoa... people take internet forums about comics seriously?

itll depend,I tryed to get my lou ferigno face app signed by lou but he wanted 500$ since then ive put him on my hope he dies list.I like getting relative items signed.like with star trek guests i try to get thier action figure,i got a storm trooper figure signed by the 501st(not all of them) and a buncha urban vinyl signed by the artist.

Whoa what? Lets hear more of this Ferrigno stroy....

I had a friend of mine who's into weight lifting and comics and met up with Lou Ferrigno at the '06 ComicCon in Toronto, and when he asked if he could get a picture of Lou, Ferrigno's bodyguards said he had to pay 20 bucks for a picture that he was going to take with his own camera.

What a prick... :whatever: :whatever: :whatever:

I really don't have any desires to get my comics signed...

However, if anybody wants to put their John Henry's on my privates...

:yay:

Would you get ASM #1 signed by Stan? Or your earliest ASM ish in nice condition?

It'd sure as hell be worth a lot more. I don't even know if there's anything with a Ditko signature in existence (well, excluding what he signs to get through the day).

Yeah, probably a few checks out there with a Ditko signature on them. I wonder: do bank clerks who happen to be comic book fans try and collect those when they get them? Like they process them and then pocket the ****?

comics, shirt, posters.
So i can sell them and make millions!
