Most of it is make-up. Only one or two parts of it are actual CG.

I think the Nolan Joker is better than the comics. The 2F pics look like bad CGI to me, but I am open to re-assessment when I see the full quality version in the theater instead of a crappy cell phone cam version.

Great concept but one looked really CGI'd out the butthole. I just thought some good makeup along with some CGI would do the thing but it looks like they went all CGI in that one pic.

I was thinking the same, chaseter. But... I need to see it in action on the screen before I can truly judge it.

I mean, it is a crappy quality pic of a projection, it might not translate that well.

I think it looks incredible from the blurry screenshots.
I disagree about it looking cgi, the clear picture on the bed looked cgi, the one with his head raised up quite high looked very realistic imo and very like The Long Halloween.

agreed. and the bit of CGI for the eye makes him look a bit comicbook-ey, but i really like that about it
