Yeah, yeah, and there will be plenty of phoenix fire effects, and Angel will have a major role to play, and Cyclops will be scene at the final battle wearing his X-men uniform.

Must be that ADD again. But somehow I'm not surprised. We would never know unless we were a part of the production itself, but it would be interesting to know just how much footage didn't make it into the final cut, despite Ratner's claims that everything he wanted found its way into the movie.

Poor thing must have been really robbed. 2 months of shooting and she got even less screen time than Angel

Technically 2 weeks spread over 2 months. But yeah she sounds disappointed with her screen time and who wouldn't be after all that work and hype.

It said Eteded Alcatraz Battle scene so that proabaly has Psylocke in it. If she is not on it i will be pissed. Also are the deleted scenes on both versions of the dvd or just special edition. Whisch has more stuff?

I just think (hope) all o'these original/extended Phoenix scenes must include the Phoenix Effect they were originally planning to use - which, I think was scrapped due to time. Maybe they just finished it up for the DVD (which shouldn't be that expensive if they had already created a fiery Phoenix aura but didn't totally finish it).

I added some stuff we missed (thanks Retroman for providing the screencaps!) and was gonna put circles, Xs and ?s over each item but (a) don't have the time right now and (b) the Xs will be like daggers thru the heart lololol!!

Maybe someone else can update our theory to close this case file...although who knows what is official until we see the DVD with our own eyes. Of all the added stuff I am most happy for Storm's tidal wave, for Storm22, who really wanted to see that tidal wave...I'm glad it looks like her wish will come true!!

No this was our compiled theory of things we had seen in the trailers or had been rumored to be in the film that people who had seen the movie were not mentioning in their reviews, leading to speculation over missing scenes/shots. It looks like our safest bests were those we saw with our own eyes, even though I still think showing Cyke/Angel in uniform is false advertising lololol.

And yes, it is false advertising to show them both in uniform. Also sort of a waste of time and budget. Plus those promo shots of Cyclops standing on the Golden Gate bridge. It's almost like they couldn't decide what to do with the character. Kill him or spare him?

Oh, it was a big thing. Cameron Bright posted pictures of him on set, where he blurred the rest of the image so no one could see the sets. Well someone (pardon me for not remembering who) noticed through the camera there was a figure that much looked like Cyclops. As soon as that rumor spun around, the picture was taken down. The set was clearly shown to be Alcatraz, but there has been no proof that it is indeed, Jimmy. But I myself have been able to distinguis color, shading, etc... to show that it does appear to be a visor, and that there could be a possible part in his hair and that he does seem to have a protruding color (much like the X-suits). Either way, if it was him, this scene was not in the movie.

I didn't join SHH until after I saw the movie. I was reading back through the posts over the last year and was like "whoa!" You guys really didn't know what hit you, that must have been really heartbreaking to realize he's gone from the film and is not coming back, despite what the publicity shots show

I am very excited to see the deleted scenes but i am not going to get my hopes up, as i was one of the many who expected way to much of xmen 3 and was a little dissapointed. anyways howeever, what i am hoping for though is like in the Lord of the rings series, you were able to watch them as extended films, with the extra scenes included. i am wondering if there will be an option to watch xmen 3 the same way , as i think it would make for an overall better film,? what do u guys think? an option to watch the whole thing through with all the extras included like a extended editio?<3
