What ever happened to the real Aquaman

Orin is the Dweller - even though he has abnesia and doesn't realise this. He seems to be incredibly more telepathic than it has been shown ever before and now he seems to be a full-blown mage. He does still have a waterhand so must be connected to the secret-sea still.

It was shown in 52, during the Dr. Fate introduction that Orin has at this point been turned into the dweller. But I presume the whole story will be told in Aquaman.

I really wish they'd get around to telling the whole story already. This seems to be the time that a lot of the series are looking back on the missing year.

I would say no, but I've already complained about the title like twice this month, and feel that's enough.

how is it not worth picking up? great writing a bit slow paced, but the writing makes up for it. and great artwork. I've never been interested in aquaman before, but i like this aquaman alot more tho. the other arthur came off as a chump/loser, eventhough the new one is newb.

how is it not worth picking up? great writing a bit slow paced, but the writing makes up for it. and great artwork. I've never been interested in aquaman before, but i like this aquaman alot more tho. the other arthur came off as a chump/loser, eventhough the new one is newb.

I guess pretty much what you said yourself; it's too slow-paced. I haven't read the newest issue yet, but through the first three, I can't say I ever became engaged by it. Or interested in this whole new...world or whatever they've shaped for this new Aquaman.

I'm not really a fan of the art at all either; it's so rough and unrefined. Bleh. I much preferred the light, heroic tone (and art) of the last reboot to the title.

And as for the old Aquaman being a "chump", I disagree entirely...

I've tried out a couple issues of the new Aquaman, but it's just not working out between us. It's not the comic. It's me. I think we need time apart.
