Good question, I don't think we do. We don't see the driver UNTIL he's knocked out.

Actually, a slight correction: we don't see the driver until Falcone realizes that he's been knocked out. Falcone only checked because he was trying to leave and the driver didn't seem to be in any rush.

True. The driver is the first one you want to take out to trap Falcone- without Falcone at the docks, with the evidence and the thugs......he's not bringing down Falcone.

Exactly. So we don't know HOW Batman did it, but we know he probably did it first. He could have done it, as you suggest, by some sort of chemical method. He could have delivered said chemical in any number of ways. Sure we'd think Falcone would have noticed Batman drugging his guy, unless he did it beforehand as you suggest.

Of course we also don't know if Falcone ever got out of his car, because we do not know what he did between the time that the car drove up to the site, and the time that Flass stepped into the car to talk to him. If Falcone ever left the car, or was sufficiently distracted, Batman had an opportunity. And as we all know, Batman finds or creates opportunities as he needs them.

Ya know....it was done that way to create the mystery. Batman is trying to create this boogeyman image for himself, and things like that,.....they add to his reputation.

Really, he probably was knocked out when Falcone was not around.

Rachel said there were fingerprints on drugs and I think the manifest as well...so, he probably did get out of the car at some point.

Thing for me is this: Bats would probably want to time it perfectly....time everything, so that it creates the situation he NEEDS. I think drugging the driver beforehand with a time orientated chemical, it might be the best move while adding the his mystery.

Thanks for your thoughts. The more of things like these that are cleared up with some kind of rational explanation, the more I like the movie.

You'd need like 10 years to watch every movie if you need eternal verbal explanations about everything.

Batman waits until Falcone gets out of the car and then smacks the driver upside the head.

As for getting out of the crate, he threw three Batarangs...from the crate. Once the last Batarang hit the light above the thugs, he zipped up to the crane and came down on the guy.

He's Batman, he's got the skills of the Leauge of Shadow under his utility belt.

:batman:

Again.......when in doubt of "How the **** did he do that"?

He's the Goddamn Batman. That's why.

God.

Damn.

Batman.

If you ask me Flass has something to do with it... He's already bumped into Batman and he's scared of him.. It's a bit strange how Flass tells Falcone to bail then gets outta the car.. Then there's a gap between then and the time Falcone goes to check it out and during that Flass gets into ANOTHER car... It's a bit odd... Flass is a dirty cop so he works both sides.. He knew that things were "going down" so he thought "Hang on.. If i drug this driver (or wateva) it'll help bring Falcone down and i wont be seen as a snitch" it also removes all evidence that he was at the scene.

You gotta think about it though.. I think Flass had something to do with it to be honest but i dunno.. Lol..

Oh yeh i just remembered that *blushes* lol.. It's very strange how his driver was rendered unconcious...

It's a movie for God's sake.
Yeah I mean c'mon he also managed to cram all the training he ever needed into a 15 minute montage. Not exactly real life here.

Obviously....I mean......who can train in 15 minutes for anything?

We all need to remember....it is a movie. It's a well done film, and does it's best to cover everything.....but it cannot explain EVERYTHING. Most film can't really EXPLAIN every little thing going on.

It's called imagination, something some of these people seem to refuse to use.

Yeh i agree with that but they didn't show 15 minutes straight of solid training did they? Most of that was parts of his past and also different days so technicly it was more..

Yep, that is true.

Only the ones that make things hard to explain.

Anyway, I just wanted your thoughts as to how it happened, and I got that.
