Agent Zero's part was replaced with Wade

I saw the movie, and, like many, I felt that Wade didn't get as much screen time. Nor was his transition into Weapon XI, even EXPLAINED. So, I thopught, a better idea would have been to tazke out Agent Zesro and replace him with Wade: here's how iot would work:
-Helicopter scene: the same
-Mission scene: Basically the same, but Wade does both the guns things AND the swords thing
-Wade his the one who goes to attack the people in Africa (not Agent Zero, guns blazing)
-Wade is present at the Adimantium bonding, makes lots of jokes as usual.
- Wade is in the helicopter, he shot the hudsons, etc etc
HOWEVER
-When the helicopter explodes, Wade is not dead, but barely alive, Stryker (who is inthe area, the only change I made to the main detaiuls of the film) sees this as an opportunity.
-Stryker takes Deadpool back to Three-Mile Island and makes him Weapon XI against his will

So not only would we have more screetime with Wade Wilson (Who would be cracking jokes everytimwe he's on screen), we would have a solid explination to how he became Weapon XI, and the audience would feel for him more as well

Itsy bitsy tiny better for us fans tbh. But the movie still has too many plotholes and whatnot.

I wouldn't mind it because the movie version of Agent Zero was laaaaaaaame. They pretty much made a generic government lackey and called him Agent Zero. There was absolutely nothing about him that resembled the comic version.

Giving him more screentime and giving him more presence could only be a good thing. Wade always comes accross as a genuinely decent dude. If we saw him go after Wolverine, it might have been easier to buy the whole fact that he was the end villain

Plus the audience might have felt for him more when he gets turned into Weapon XI?

I would of liked for Wade to have a few more scenes but not be Agent Zero was basically a tool for stryker . I wouldn't want to see Wade get played like that but he shouldn't of been out of the picture so soon.

Agent Zero was a dick. If they had Deadpool kill the Hudsons, the audience would think Deadpool was a dick.
