What if the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and the Disney Live-action movies were connected, since Haylay Atwell, Agent Carter, was Cinderella's mother in Disney's Cinderella from 2015 and Black Widow, Scarlett Johansson, is Kaa in Disney's The Jungle Book.

That'd....that wouldn't....what? Hold on before I dismiss this. Can you give a clearer explanation? Like they take place in the same universe? For example let's say Black Widow voiced Kaa in her offtime while she isn't helping the Avengers save the world. Like that?

I mean, it'd be a hilarious development imo. But an unecessary one at that.

Better Explanation: Disney has recently been reusing actors and actresses from their Marvel brand in their live-action movies.

Hayley Atwell (Agent Carter) was Cinderella's mother in Disney's Cinderella, that was released in 2015

Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) is Kaa in Disney's The Jungle Book, that will be releasing to movie theaters on April 15, 2016

Maybe the Marvel Cinematic Universe is also connected to the Star Wars universe as well, since in Star Wars Episode 3: Revenge of the Sith, Darth Sidious shocked Mace Windu (Samuel L Jackson) in the eye with force lightning before throwing him out the window in the Jedi Temple on Coruscant, which can easily explain why Nick Fury has the eye patch in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, since they are played by the same actor.
