Comics What is the Best Spider-man Comic title?

I read Amazing, Sensational, Friendly Neighborhood, and Ultimate. (And New Avengers as well as Civil War if they count.)

I have to say I love Amazing the most. I have every issue of it (many are digital, but hey) and its classic.

Ultimate is next cause its just great.

Then would be Sensational because the stories are more "classic" spidey.

Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man is tied with Sensational.

(New Avengers & Civil War rank really high too)

Right now Ultimate Spider-Man. Carnage was bad but since then it has been good overall.

All time would of course be Amazing Spider-Man, and JMS had a good run at first, but that really went downhill as everyone knows.

Since Spider-Girl isn't listed, I'll have to go with Ultimate Spider-man.

It's the only Spider-Man book that doesn't fill me with dread at what kind of "new change" may be around the bend. USM's status quo is wonderful....616 Spidey's status quo is now "Shocking change".

I REALLY liked Ultimate when it first came out...mainly because Howard Mackie was writing the two core 616 Spidey books, and had clearly run out of inspiration...

Somewhere around the Carnage/Death Of Gwen arc i began to lose interest...and i honestly find Ultimate Peter Parker to be a bit of a whiny little spaz, ESPECIALLY in comparison to 616 Peter, whether we're talking current or even the earlier Lee/Ditko version....

#104 issupposed to wrap up the Clone Saga, correct? That will probably be my last issue. Despite all its recent upheavals, i just find the 616 version so much more compelling and riveting, especially right at the moment.
