What movies have you walked out of?

I've never walked out.
I've fallen asleep but that's about it.

You guys know if you leave before the movie is done you can usually get a pass for the another time right?

that would be kind of nice to get a pass for another time, but yeah it is my choice go to the horrid thing and to walk out so i understand why most places don't do it.

No. It's my choice to walk out, it's not there fault that I don't like the movie, they didn't make it.

Exactly, and the cinema itself makes little money from ticket sales, that's why snacks and drinks are so expensive.

Yeah, when I found that out I started actually buying sweets and drink at the cinema rather than taking my own.

I rarely see movies that would require me to leave the theater. Although, I was surprised by how many people left Grindhouse... that movie was awesome.

i would have left chasing amy if i had not fallen asleep.
as for grindhouse i wanted to leave during deathproof, but the guy who gave me a ride was enjoying it, and i didn't want to sit in the parking lot

9/10ths of box office profits (or something outrageous) go to the studios anyway, so retuning the ticket doesn't really hurt the theater.

I left during Blades of Glory but because of the damn projecter which broke down during the first ten minutes.:cmad:

If I'm going to pay $10.25 to see a movie I'm going to sit through it -- plus I rarely go see movies I don't want to see, I can usually gauge from the trailer if I'm going to like it or not.

The closest I can remember to walking out is either Biker Boyz or Bulletproof Monk (both of which I reluctantly went to with friends) but both times I stuck around.

eh my taste, my choice
I have very odd taste in movies aparently, and my sense of humor is not like anyone I know, so I tend to disagree with a lot of people about movies, music, games, TV, women, Will Farrel. you know basic human distractions.
thanks for not cutting me down though. some folks seem to think I am the antichrist for not making it through ghost world. I appriciate your maturity.

Hey no prob. I'm not gonna call people stuipid because they have a different opinion from me. I've met lots of people who didn't like Ghost World or Gosford Park. I disagree with them, but I don't attack them.

Hell, I didn't like Gladiator at all, and I get tons of s*** for that.

i'm with you on gladiator. i was kind of bored

Of course it hurts the theater, they make almost no money from the tickets as it is so getting your money back just takes away that wee bit that they do make. What stops people getting up 5 mins before the end and getting there money back?

Ive walked out of the Stepford Wives, Kicking & Screaming almost walked out of Superman Returns (my feet were ready). I walked out of POTC 2, and POTC: World's End.

Understand this well, I havent paid for a movie since Blade II. Its good to have friends who work at multiple movie theaters :)
