What Mutant Characters Can Marvel Use?

Fox has X-Men and X-Men affiliated characters as well as the basic concept and term 'mutant' used to describe them. Changing Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch into non-mutants doesn't change anything. They are still X-Men characters and Fox would have the rights to them through that.

Fox has most of the mutant characters simply because most of the mutants in the comics are X-Men characters. But there are exceptions (Namor, etc.).

That film will always be the ultimate what-if! I was so excited and following it in 2010...

...I think it would do well as for Television, please Marvel!?

I keep hoping.

Klara Prast is another Runaway who is a mutant and presumably Marvel would have the rights to her too.
