What obscure Marvel character (to some people) would you most like seeing get resurrected for an animated only feature and please say why ?

He's not obscure, but DAREDEVIL seems about due.

Frankly, I wouldn't mind if Marvel could make a line of animation shows that don't just copy their 90's line. Spider-Man, X-Men, Fantastic Four, Hulk, Iron Man. Just for some extra juice.

Pak's interpretation of Hercules. Yeah, the run is pretty young, but I can't remember enjoying a character this much is a long time.

Captain Marvel, Heroes 4 Hire, The Fabulous Dr. Pym.

Werewolf by Night :yay:

'Nuff said.

Daredevil. Dude has got to be the most underrated character in all of Marvel. He's never even been on the Avengers though he's a Marvel legend.

He really has no place being on the Avengers. He belongs in Hell's Kitchen. But I do agree, he deserves some props.

Moon Knight was in the Avengers and he's crazy. DD should make the roster once. Or lead some kind of team on a consistent basis. I liked it when he led the Marvel Knights against the Punisher. It was a cool concept but just wasn't carried out fully.

I liked that story, but you can't really ever have a superhero go up against the Punisher without having them look like complete idiots once Frank kicks their asses.

Frank's a bad boy though! I like him!

One of the biggest slaps in the face to DareDevil was way back in Amazing Spider-Man Annual #3, when the Avengers ask DareDevil if HE thinks Spider-Man is worthy of being an Avenger.

:woot: :woot: :woot:

I don't know why Daredevil would be on the Avengers nor why him not being there is somehow a slight. Dude's always kind of seemed to have his own **** going on.

Gravity. One of the best (if not completely original) characters that Marvel has come up with in a while. Runaways or Young Avengers would also make excellent series. (Of course, they would also make excellent comic series if their creators would actually, you know, create.)

Why not the Young Avengers? They're obscure as far as the real world goes, and they're easily adaptable.

When he first appeared, his costume looked way too much like Invincible's, making it seem (at least to me) that Marvel was trying to rake in on that successful cash cow (inasmuch as a low seeling book from Image can be considered a cash cow).

They should do an animated Marvel Team Up and every week Spider-Man will team up with someone who'd never have their own shot anyway. Then phase Spidey out and give everyone a chance to shine. That would be sweet. Of course in the fist episode, Spidey and Wolverine have to save some kid or senator or whoever, and they do but Spider-Man has to split and the next episode is Wolverine with .... Daredevil. They do their thing and Wolvie is called away and then it's DD and.... CLoak & Dagger, and so on. Just like how they did the Marvel Team Up comic. I'd watch that in a second!

I've said that same exact thing before. When I was a youngster (70s), it was all spidey for me. My first subscription was to Marvel Team-up (with John Byrne no less), which introduced me to the wider MU, and made me want to venture out into their titles. Great marketing on Marvel’s part. Hell, I would always have a MTU around (even at a reduced price and low circulation) for that reason alone. Same idea with an animated feature.

Yeah, I know all the comparisons people made, but it was a fun mini, and a refreshing (upbeat) character.

Do I have to say her name?

I think her having such a shot would be like returning to Amazing Fantasy #15.

I think her spin on the world and on heroes along with her nutty working solutions against powerhouses like Modok or Doom would make her more popular than the Tick as far as animated cartoons with maybe the chance to become as popular as the Xmen franchise.

Of course I accept that I may be biased.

for me i'd love to see...

union jack
captain britain
daredevil
Captain America
and a really good iron man cartoon (i know a new ones on its way...but from what ive read it sounds dubious..)
