If you have milk, the Frosted Flakes with the Raisins.

If you have no milk, the Cheese Sandwhich.

Both will give you 2 of the major food groups (dairy and "cereal/bread")

That's probably good advice, Marvel, but when he's asking if he should eat a bagel, cheese sandwich, Frosted Flakes, or a saltine, I don't think he cares about staying within the nutritional pyramid.
