Emerald Twilight, god no. That story was terrible and Hal's whole "becoming a villain" arc was laughably bad and stupid.

Emerald Twilight was ALREADY too short, so streamlining it would just make things worse. I'm sorry, but three issues is NOWHERE NEAR enough to do a "Hal goes nuts and massacres the Green Lantern Corps" story. That should have been six or seven issues MINIMUM.

As much as I'd love to see Kingdom Come or Justice I believe they're too epic to do in this format. Even a two parter at 80 min. each wouldn't adequately capture it, not to mention reproducing Ross art style (perhaps Bakshi's/Frazetta's rotoscoping technique, remember Fire and Ice 1983?). I would love to be proven wrong and see them done.
