What super powered Marvel characters can still be a threat w/o their powers?

Black Panther IMMEDIATELY comes to mind considering what he had to go through BEFORE he ate the herb.

Nick Fury (Infinity Formula technically giving him the power not to age and all. ).

The first two generations of X-men. The training after the second generation seemed to place a heavy enthasis on powers. Gambit would do well without his powers though and has proven it time and time again.

Cyclops, Shadowcat, Nightcrawler, Psylocke, Wolverine, Forge, Gambit, Rogue, Juggernaut, Storm, Bishop, Pete Wisdom, Domino, Magneto, Mystique, Toad, & Sabretooth.

HUH? What are you talking about? In the Streets Of Poison storyline, Cap had Hank Pym extract the super soldier serum from his blood, them promply went out and beat the snot out of Crossbones, one of his most physically threatening rogues....and at no point did Cap come of as "incompetent."

What you say is true but Hank Pym could not remove the side effect's that the serum had given him.

Maybe the question should have been worded as "What super powered Marvel characters would still be a threat if transported to our world?" We all know that the tech that they use in the Marvel Universe wouldn't work in the real world nor would any of their powers or magic abilities.

Any of the heros or villains that rely on intensive training(except Daredevil) or superior intelligence would be fine. Everyone else is pretty much screwed.

danny rand has enough kung fu training that he would pose a credible threat without the powers of the iron fist

Most of these guys have keen minds and heavily trained in hand-to-hand combat.

The majority of them would still be a threat given that they are experienced in combat and that most of them have significant skills in one way or another.
They'd be less of a threat, sure but they'd still register as a blip at least

The more significant ones would be the ones with more resources followed by those with more skills.

Hercules and Thor (clearly not as much of a threat but you'd be stupid if you completely disregarded millennia of combat experience)

these are just a handfull in no particular order of people who'd still be quite a threat to a regular person or group of people. Although admittedly a number of them wouldnt be a threat in the same areas or capacities if you compared them to the rest of the MU.
