What the hell is this Allspark thing???

Why did the allspark essentially only create decepticons when energy was shot out through it?

Also why wouldnt the allspark repair BumbleBee's voice box, when it repaired Frenzy's entire body?

I thinking the allspark is pure evil, considering Prime wanted to destroy it

Maybe the fact that Megatron had been the one to most recently use the Allspark meant that the newly-created robots were evil. Yeah, you'd think it could have fixed Bumblebee's voice, but somebody obviously liked the concept of the mute Bumblebee communicating via pop music.

What I want to know is how the earth machines that came to life suddenly had all the mechanical parts neccessary to grow arms and legs and move around. If the Allspark just brings machines to life, those machines still have to have the right kind of joints, hydraulics and computers already inside them to suddenly become robots.

It is a choice. At least that was how it was put in the movie. They decided they wanted power. They decived their people and went after the allspark becoming Decepticons.

The ALLspark is the 'thing' that only creates Decepticons ala the vending machine, and the TF in the glass case...that's why it created beings like the Autobots..

What I didn't get was why the Allspark killed Megatron, and would it do the same to Opimus Prime? I assume this is what is meant by "sacrifice", OP dieing like Megatron.

This whole movie was made off of the concept that the only thing the cartoon was about was robots transforming, so to just put him out of the running is like saying that they would intentionally pass over more money in a sequel. And as we know, that's what motivates 90% of Hollywood. So even if it's the last piece...don't expect him to be out of a possible sequel.
