I'm assuming the other two you've seen are Blade Runner and Prisoners? He and Fincher are my favorite directors. The only film of Denis' I haven't seen is Maelstrom

Blade Runner and Arrival. Prisoners is my next pick though. I've planned to watch more of Denis for a long time, as it was immediately obvious that his work really fit my tastes, but somehow I never got around to it.

Prisoners is my favorite of his aside from 2949. Enemy is good, but it's a little on the weirder side.
