I wanted a poster with the most hyperbolic comments and this is what I got. I'm not dissapointed.
First rewatch since it came out. This flick made me a huge fan of Dan Stevens back then. The ending scenes turns a slight to action/horror cliché territory IMHO, but it also kinda feels like an homage to that stuff. But it also feels a bit like suddenly a totally different film than the tight thriller earlier on. Also, as much as I always enjoy Lance Reddick, though good as usual he feels kinda typecasted when he shows up.
Anyhows, the journey there is soo frakking worth it. Great flick overall and Dan Stevens is just ridiculously brilliant here. Once again I hate myself for not catching up on the last season of Legion in which he was fantastic as well. The young actress (Maika Monroe) playing the sister here is really good too, btw. I'd like to see more of her, and maybe I'm just been missing out on her other work.
Also, when rewatching this I couldn't help but assume that this score could be approved by @Kane52630? I personally highly enjoyed it, classic electronica.
Film noir starring Lucille Ball as an undercover cop for Scotland Yard on the trail of a serial killer. Definitely not the type of role I know her for.
