What do you mean? I already explained , he said the movie is boring, not the portrayal of the characters. And the movie =story and pacing. When you say the movie is boring, you mean that the action didnt grab you and the pacing was off and it just didnt grab your interest

So director of Die Hard and Predator, John McTiernan was first choice to direct Batman Forever. For a mainstream Batman film it would have turned out fine, no cartoony villains, no neon lights, no camp and no homoerotic statues. Batman & Robin wouldn't be such a disaster or it wouldn't exist at all.

McTiernan was said to have been offered a chance to direct Batman Forever, but was still working on Die Hard with a Vengence.

As of now like I said I have completely nothing Batman related on the computer, but I think I could quickly find some of the quotes after doing some quick search
