Yea I tried burning it as a vcd but than only the nero menu pop up on the screenMalice said:I wont ask where it came from....
Well in that format your dvd player needs to recognize it..
Most likely, you will have to convert them to VCD or SVCD format.
Do u know if a PS2 will recognize that format?Malice said:remember, your dvd player needs to recognize that format also.
There are pieces of software that specialize (not nero) in converting the audio and video to other formats...
Cant remember any offhand.
I havent tried if it worked on my ps2 yet but I tried putting it on my dvd player and it just said nero menu.Edward Brock said:What are the contents of the VCD you created?
Edit: I think I've found your problem. PS2 won't play CD-R's or DVD-R's unless you hack it.

This is of course assuming these are legit personal copies and you do own the originals. I am sure you are merely making a back up in case your DVD's were to become scratched....... With that in mind, this site has plenty of articles that can help you and if not the forum go'ers are very helpful.
