What's the Last Book You Read/Finished?

isn't that by Poe (the singer)'s brother? i had a girlfriend who read it, she adored it. i flipped through it but never got around to reading it.


i recently read "Ender's Game" and reread "Shutter Island" for the umpteenth time.

The Third Man and The Fallen Idol (a novella and short story in one book) by Graham Greene.

Great stuff. The Third Man was only written to be a sort of outline for the movie (which Greene also wrote), but it was still really good. The Fallen Idol (originally called The Basement Room) is one of the most memorable and enjoyable short stories I've ever read.
