All Night Awake - Sarah A. Hoyt
- William Shakespear must save the Fates, the Elves and all of humanity.

It was interesting, and well written. I liked how the author had some of the lines from Shakespears' plays spoken by Christopher Marlow in passing conversation.

^I love that book. It was like an early "Colbert Report" episode in print form. What did you think of it?

Currently reading (Vol 3 of Shadowmarch) Shadowrise by Tad Williams, (vol. 3 of Frankenstien) by Dean Koontz.... forget the title... and (vol. 2 of Mistborn Trilogy) by Robert Sanderson (?)... I'm not sure if that's his name and I forgot the book title as well.

EDIT: Brandon Sanderson's "The Well of Ascension" and Dean Koontz's "Dead & Alive."

I got confused I guess because Robert Jordan (whom I never read before) died. Sanderson was asked by Jordan before his death to finish the "Wheel of Time" series of books and given the notes for such. Sanderson elected to make a trilogy outta the final volume, Excuse me.... according to Sanderson's website , Jordan's widow was the one who recruited Sanderson. Anyhow Vol. 12 of TWoT is "The Gathering Storm."

Just finished Slaughterhouse Five. Decided it needed another read since I hadn't read it in almost ten years. Such a great read.

Fantastic Mr Fox. Just thought I would revisit my childhood after watching the movie.

At the time I read that book, I didn't feel like I really enjoyed it that much, but it resonated so much with me that it still crosses my mind 2 years later. A classic for sure.

The First Counsel which was good
The Wizard Lord mediocre at best

Hm. I think the last book I read was Outliers (still need to finish that. Stupid summer reading) and the last book I actually finished was the Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime (that was a pretty good read, but it was also summer reading). I find that I don't have that much time to read anymore : /

Animal Farm by George Orwell

It's amazing how much resonating thematic material Orwell fit into 115 pages.

I just finished rereading the Harry Potter series last night. Took me about a month too because I started "Sorcerer's Stone" in the middle of July. It was interesting rereading all of them and knowing what happens to all of the characters in the end.

Jeffrey Deaver - Garden Of Beasts. Great read, I'm now happy that this guy is the new official Bond author.

John Gardener - Icebreaker. Still reading through the Bond novels in order and I always find it funny how awesome a book Icebreaker is and how they stole so much of it to make that total garbage movie DAD.
