Beautifully written as its eerie and profound. The first-person narrative makes it engaging for the reader and it is simply a compelling and thought provoking novel.
One of the worst ****ing books I have ever read. I really hope I read nothing worse than this for the rest of the year (or for the rest of my life for that matter).
I'm almost done reading "Variable Star" by Robert Heinlein & Spider Robinson
- apparently Spider wrote the nove based on notes found after Heinlein's death. Now, if you haven't read a lot of Spider Robinson you might enjoy this book, but I felt cheated because there are 3 phrases in the book that are echo phrases from prior Robinson novels.
