I don't care for Galactus much, but his scene in Annihilation when he went nuclear was pretty awesome.

I rather liked seeing him sit down and relate the story of his origin to Thor way back in the '60s. Kirby did some crazy stuff for it artistically.

The Infinity Gauntlet. Galactus and the rest of the big guns get thier butts kicked pretty quick and fairly easily. Wait was this the thread showing how awesome he is, if so then this doesnt help.

I liked Hiro-Kala's owning him in the final issue of Son of Hulk.

I'm a bit iffy but I want to say there was a Galactus vs Thanos fight in the Thanos ongoing that was pretty cool, but I could just be making that up.

His origin by Jack Kirby, shows who he was before he was Galactus, where he came from, and how he became Galactus and all that, without anything to do with any other current characters like the FF.
Its so big and epic feeling, and completely other worldly, and explains why he is a force of nature and not a bad guy.
And it does all that without letting anyone down too. Sometimes when you create a character and then after a while reveal their origin its a let down. But his origin fits him and his place in the Marvel universe.

I gotta say, I've got some fond memories of the Big G in Heroes Reborn. Yes, HR sucked in a lot of ways, but it was cool to see a modern version of Galactus vs. all the heroes. Plus, Dr. Doom's time travel sub-plot meant plenty of unrestrained fighting and death.

I think my favourite moment would be the original FF story when it was shown in Marvels from everyone elses perspective

My favorite moment was in Super Hero Squad when Iron Man laughed at the sight of Galactus and then asked him how many channels his helmet gets.

Loved him in the 90s Surfer ongoing. Herald Ordeal or intro of Tyrant. He always came in at the end of epic battles and everyone was like "Oh sh**, he's here."

Also big fan of his small role in Surfer's Requiem.
