I just re-read the series and now that I know that Hal's back as GL, I think I'm liking it better again....And you do have a point Pksoze....the sacrificing of a hero's life is what makes them heroes after all.
Not the flashy costumes, gimmicks or speeches...it's their willing to do the ultimate thing...give up their lives so that others can live.
I was still reeling from Crisis of Infinite Earths...which to me was the last time we ever read a very serious situation, DC has had to deal with. And now Infinite Crisis.
A crazy Superboy....come on now...Now that's entertainment.
I think I'm just a multi-verse kind of fan....
