Spider-Gwen game doesn't get me excited. I want an Avengers game, playing as several different heroes on a AAA budget and console.
I don't really follow Spider-Man, or Marvel in general, anymore.
I'd rather have Platinum Games make a Spider-Man game.
I dont see why the two need to be mutually exclusive. A few posts up, I pitched Spider-Verse being adapted to a game and if they were to do that, then Id be all for it
Well, you won't get it, so might as well move on to different dreams.
Well, I want a real Spider-Man game first and foremost and in such a game, Spider-Gwen, Miles Morales etc. have no place.
It's akin to the Crash and Spryo going back to Sony dreams.
If Platinum wants to make a Spider-Gwen game, then that's the best option. What they want to do overrides any need for a "real" Spider-Man game.
And let me repeat:
I don't give a **** about Spider-Man or anything within that franchise, but I would buy because Platinum Games is awesome, and my loyalty is to great games, not dogmatic attachments to characters .
Asides from the fighting game, I don't see your desires happening. THQ is gone and I doubt Nordic Games can get the proper licenses to resell the game from Marvel. And Activision lost the X-Men rights. Basically, I just don't see sequels to old Marvel games ever happening again.I wish they'd add this Punisher game from 2005 onto PSN Store/XBL Marketplace

Three games I'd love is..
-A new Punisher game
-Marvel Universe fighting game inspired by Injustice:Gods Among Us
-X Men Legends III or a remake of I&II
Well let's just hope we'll get a Spider-Man game.![]()
Honestly, yeah, I feel about the same. But I don't really know anything about Spider-Gwen, so it's kind of like whatever for me.The best thing would be if Platinum Games continued to make their own things and we'd get Spider-Man games from somewhere else, rather than having Platinum Games occupied with alternate crap.

Fair enough.

Speaking of PG, and this is totally off topic, but do we know anything new about Scalebound since the announcement of the game?
No, not really. Just that it won't be in a genre that the director as done before, so it won't be an action game in the style of DMC or a survival horror game.
A new Punisher game, sure. But I don't see it happening until the Marvel game rights are settled, and even then I think Marvel will be far more focused on the Avengers and Spider-Man properties.True but an all new Punisher game could still be possible
