Where do you stand?

LIBERAL
LIBERALS usually embrace freedom of choice in personal
matters, but tend to support significant government control of the
economy. They generally support a government-funded "safety net"
to help the disadvantaged, and advocate strict regulation
of business. Liberals tend to favor environmental regulations,
defend civil liberties and free expression, support government action
to promote equality, and tolerate diverse lifestyles.

Odd--I've always thought of myself more centerist.
How did you get to post your result to the first test with pics and all? Teach me?

My smiling face was close to the Center in the Liberal box.

Both tests showed I'm a Libertarian.

The first one was closer to the Conservative Side.
The second one to the Liberal Side.

Simple screencap and photobucket, my dear.

I'm sitting right now.
But I usually stand on the ground.

Both tests say Im Libertarian, both more to the liberal side.

LIBERTARIAN

LIBERTARIANS support maximum liberty in both personal and

economic matters. They advocate a much smaller government; one

that is limited to protecting individuals from coercion and violence.

Libertarians tend to embrace individual responsibility, oppose

government bureaucracy and taxes, promote private charity, tolerate

diverse lifestyles, support the free market, and defend civil liberties

I had 70,70 even on both sides.

I'm probably a liberal conservative(paradox, I know). I didn't really glance at either of those sites, but I'm usually keeping myself w/in how I was personally raised (hence conservative). Although, I'm absolutely indifferent to the views and opinions of my family - immediate and extended - friends, and acquaintances. (Most of my friends have very different views from me on a wide variety of things, hence the liberal part)

I kind of feel that every one should make decisions for themselves, be comfortable w/in that, and go from there. Comparisons and bickering are really unnecessary, but there are far too many political(nationally and internationally) control freaks who want to turn the entire planetary population over to 'their cause' or 'their utopia'. That's not really possible, so the mayhem ensues.

Politically speaking, I'm neutral, and don't really care to vote or involve myself w/ the fiasco that is American politics.

The last question "Cut Taxes and Government spending by 50%" is bullsh**. There should be one about spending and one about taxes.

YOu need to tell them to revise that question by separating them into two questions. I didn't quite know how to answer that one either.

So being "neutral" you choose not to vote or involve yourself in American politics. But you are American, and party affiliation aside, what needs to be done to get you involved in the shaping of your nation, to get you involved in changing present situation for a better future? Do you really feel that your voice do not matter?

I'm a centrist/moderate. I knew that already.
