Where's Bruce Banner?

I just have a question, i dont follow hulk comics, and my knowledge of him only extends as far as the 1996 cartoon, so i was just wondering with WWH on the horizon, is Bruce Banner still the hulk? and is he still unable to control his alter ego? I ask because usually Bruce is supposed to transform when he's angry right? But apparently he's been trapped in his hulk state during the whole Planet Hulk arc and now WWH. Is Banner still a part of Hulk?

A hidden tribunal of seven, and yes Bruce Banner is still the Hulk, theyre still together, and the moment the Hulk has taken over because theyre in an oxygen-less planet and Banner would die.

Sorry to correct you Darth, but Banner HAS been seen in the current storyline. It's just that Hulk is the one in control. He has reverted back to Banner when the Spikes take out too much energy from him and he transformed when his wife asked at their wedding night. Banner has survived without incident on all occasions.
