Which are the best comics about Poison Ivy?

Batman: Poison Ivy (John Francis Moore) is probably her best story.

Also Joker's Asylum: Poison Ivy is another decent read.

I wouldn't say Hush is one of her best. It's not really a good character insight of her.

The best Ivy story I ever read was the one by Alan Grant in one of the Batman Annuals. It retells her first meeting with Batman.
