It's a tie between Richard Moll and Aaron Eckhart to me. They really sold Dent as a likable ally with a hidden dark side that explodes at the wrong time.
Billy Dee Williams could've been interesting. It would definitely be a different role for him. Tommy Lee Jones also isn't a bad pick, but we never saw any scenes with him and his Two-Face was awful, but not really his fault.
Christopher McDonald did fine for the role he was doing, but that show's Dent was one of the few misfires it had. Not a lot of complexity in the role. Though the few minutes we got with Two-Face were great, and a good shift between personas without doing the raspy voice every else does.
Nicholas D'Agosto's kinda too intense and hammy for the role, from the little I saw. You can tell he's unstable most of the time, which kills the suspense a bit.
