The Dark Knight - Bale does the most with the role in that film - but also the story serves Batman best. Now I suppose that's about acting, but even if we talk characterisation, TDK gives Batman the best possible story to work with.
The interrogation scene is still probably one of the best moment in any superhero film -certainly in any Bat-film.
Begins is a very close second, with '89 third and everything else miles behind, including B v S.
While I think Batfleck did well, and his ass-kicking was great Batman's one-man assault on the Pruitt building in TDK showed more of what the character is about - combining gadgets, tactics and skill with a desire to use the minimum degree of force necessary.
Sure, I'm okay with Batfleck killing people, and I understand he's a different version of Batman but I still feel like Nolan's Batman in TDK is still the best portrayal of Batman to date.
