Unfortunately I think the Netflix characters (or any TV characters) will be recast if they ever appear in an MCU movie or even a Disney+ series. James D'Arcy's recent cameo makes it seems like if any future movies' directors/ series' show runners use a character already cast by someone else, that characters must be (1) prominent enough (i.e. Ryan Coogler can't cast T'Challa as he wanted, because that character had been cast by someone else at the studio, and this is a prominent movie character), (2) the original actor must have a connection with the movies' directors/ series' show runners (Joe Russo directed an episode of Agent Carter, so he and his brother definitely know James D'Arcy, or they may even have a part in casting him themselves). Other than that, I don't think any new directors/ showrunners want to feel obligatory to work with a strange actor that they don't personally choose themselves: the movies/ Disney+ shows are "prestigious" enough that they can choose new actors if they want, and the Netflix series are "second tier" enough to be ignored by people at the movie studio.
So, if the hypothetical Daredevil-centric show on Disney+ has Erik Oleson as showrunner, I can see that he will cast Charlie Cox again. Or if Kevin Feige loves the Netflix shows so much, he might require the original cast to be used in movies/ Disney+ shows, I just don't think that's the case though.
That's for the actors; for the characters, I don't think they will be used by people at Marvel studio though, since they probably will want to recast and reintroduce when the series have faded from people's mind.
Charlie is the only one I can really see transitioning onto the big screen. I feel like the other 3 could easily be recast. Neither Iron Fist, Luke Cage or Jessica Jones actors were that great tbh and Feige could probably cast better of those 3. But Charlie should absoloutley crossover.
