Which story arc is the most important for the future?

Hypothetically, if SM3 is not the end, and provided the symbiote does survive, which arc takes hte most priority after this film?
Personally I think Kraven's Last Hunt would take the film to a new darkness never seen before and it could work wonderfully in a two-movie parter, substituting Vermin for the Lizard if need be.
