Which Superhero has the BEST and WORST gallery of Villans?

I put this hear because, well it won't fit in the Marvel universe or the DC universe, etc.

But which Superhero has the worst and best rogue of villans?

I think Supermans villans suck big time, so he gets the worst.

For best ,most inventive villans i go with either Batmans villans, or Spidermans...

Batman has the greatest villains ever.

As for worst, probably Spider-Man or Superman. The villains always seem so 2d, like "mwuahahaha im going to destroy the world for no apparant reason other than the fact that im naughty!"

Batman easily has the best rogues gallery. X-Men has a pretty good one too.

Supermans rogues are fairly unoriginal. Corrupt business men bent on world domination or alien invaders. blah. Spidermans are fairly dated and cheesy. I think they could/should be updated to be more interesting,

I think Hellboy has a potentially awesome rogues gallery. I havent read to many of the HB comics but the villains dont seem reoccuring, but for the movies they can get really inventive and creative with the supernatural enemies,.

Well if you count all Spideys reject villain like the ones you never see twice then he gets the award for worst
Exa: The Squid, El Muerto, Vermin, Kangarooman, Man wolf, Hobgoblin2211 or something like that, ect. Even his some of his mainstream villains kinda suck, Like the lizard. I mean I never got what was so threatning about him. He's a friggin lizard, big deal.
Yet he also gets the award for the best counting his commercial villains.
exa=Green goblin, venom, Doc ock, Electro, the list goes on.
Even his more uncut villains
exa=Delliah, The rose, Override, Arcade, Carnage, Dopple ganger, ect
Superman villains=meh mediocore at best
Batman villains= probably the best

Batman (Joker, Two-Face, Scarecrow and Catwoman are classic) and Spidey (Venom and Doc Ock) has the best.

FF and Hulk has the worst.

Thanks to the Batman live action TV series, the common, non-comic fanboy people are plainly familiar with The Joker, The Penguin, Catwoman, The Riddler, Mr. Freeze, The Mad Hatter and the Clock King.

Thus, Batman has the most popular rogue's gallery, and thus he wins.

Doc Ock most likely, the other two, no. Even before I was into comics, I knew who Doc Ock was, but maybe that's just me.

As for best rogues, that's so obviously Batman. Joker, Two-Face, Ra's al Ghul, some of the best villains ever. Spider-Man is also up there, though he has a few stinkers. Too many guys in animal-themed robot suits for my taste (Rhino, Beetle, Scorpion).

Worst would probably go to some small-time comic character most people have never heard of. It's unfair to say Superman, since Lex Luthor alone is probably better than all of, i dont know, Hawkman's rogues.

Theyre lame. Abomination is really the only big threat in his rogues gallery. Absorbing Man is alright I guess, but then you have guys like the Leader, he has horrible villains. His biggest villain was always the Army but thats not even happening anymore.

GL's villains arent exactly interesting either.
