I'm going to skip the voting since it's not really fair. We can't judge the PS3 and Wii launch titles yet. We haven't had the opportunity to get to grips with them ourselves, or read an critics reviews.

Based off previews, its the Wii. Twilight Princess alone gives the console the advantage. Hell, 360 had to wait at least 6 months before getting fairly good games, and PS3.... well, lets just say its all crap.

EXACTLY....THIS THREAD IS POINTLESS. A FEW MONTHS FROM NOW, WHEN WE ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT LAUNCH TITLES THE 'PS3' AND 'WII' HAD, THEN WE CAN MAKE A FAIR COMPARISON ; FOR NOW, IT'S ALL SPECULATION.

THE '360' HAD AN AMAZING LAUNCH LINE-UP ON PAPER......BUT THEN MANY KEY TITLES FELL TO LATE LAUNCH, OR COMPLETELY OUT OF THE LAUNCH WINDOW.
THE SAME WILL LIKELY HAPPEN FOR THE 'PS3' AND 'WII'.

Way to be stupid. Out of those "shared" games, only one was of any importance to anyone

360 and PS3 both look to have horrible launches.

As for Wii...it looks good, but more importantly, they have long term success mapped out.

Notice how following the launch of 360, the only decent games released were Oblivion, Undead and DOA? 3 games in nearly a year's period. That is pretty pathetic.

Wii on the other hand, will launch strong with Zelda, then over the course of the next year release a new Mario game, Smash Bros Brawl, Metroid Prime 3, a new EXCLUSIVE Sonic game (the only one of the new Sonic games generating positive buzz at that), a new EXCLUSIVE Resident Evil game plus many of the titles the other systems are getting, with added dimensions caused by the Wiimote.

Wii has a great first year ahead of it.

My point was that that both the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 have a rather bland and some mediocre launch line up. Wii is by far the coolest.

Which I'll never understand. Haven beaten PDZ in three days, I can tell you, that game is in no way shape or form worth anything more than $10. PGR3 was pretty much just like each previous game in the series and Kameo.... goddamn, that was one ugly, over delayed, POS. I wonder just how much of difference there would have been if it was released on GC all those years ago.

kameo, perfect dark, and pgr were completely mediocre by any standards, the only really good launch game on the 360 was condemned.

And I find Wii's lineup crap, the only games there that I'd play are Zelda and Red Steel. One of which is on the GameCube and the other totally unproven.
