Which version of hulk(visual style) do you want

well, then Universal f**ked up.. anywho, thats not even my point, my point is that wasnt the original hulk.

He was! It was the Hulk as drawn by Jack Kirby. He migh have looked a bit different, but that's still Kirby's Hulk.

thats the very first issue, and Hulk looks very different to what you just said was the original Hulk, Kirby might have drawn that other Hulk, but this was the first one, the "original".

something like this would be cool. I like the monster type look for the Hulk, i always liked how they drew him in the 70's and 80's.

This looks cool, but I always kind of wondered about the extremely "ripped" Hulk sometimes. It's not like he's hitting the gym and doing sit-ups, he's just a huge monster with strength parallel to his anger, not his physique. I always liked the more lumbering hunchbacked frankenstein-ish version Jack Kirby initially created. But this does look cool nonetheless. I wouldn't have a problem if he looked this way at all...

Well that is a personal opinion... I'd say most wouldn't agree with that based on this.
HULK is 0% bodyfat, fueled by rage, testosterone and most importantly adrenaline. As he grows, so does his musclemass. It wouldn't make any sense to have a pudgy HULK, might as well look like Shrek then without the little ear thingy's (which that comparison gets us all angry).
Point being that what would someone look like who was PURE muscle?

I can understand what your saying, I wasn't implying that the Hulk shouldn't look powerful because obviously he must. But I don't believe being extremely defined is necessary to get across the point that he's strong. It's similar to Superman, It's not like he gets his power from hitting the gym and doing pushups, Batman is the one doing that. Jack Kirby's Hulk (who created the character in the first place) wasn't pudgy or Shrek-like at all. He looked like a strong monster, not a world class bodybuilder. But like you said it's definitely a personal opinion. And like I said, I wouldn't be upset if that's what we did get...
