I think those characters have an interesting enough history to warrant legitimate spin-off movies... Even then, Fox could probably combine Magneto and Professor Xavier spin-offs into one movie, which it sounds like the studio may already be doing. Other than that, I don't see it happening for the rest of the characters. Storm is fairly interesting. She's more interesting on her own than when she is with the X-Men, as she doesn't seem to provide much in the way of great ensemble storylines. I don't know if her history would be enough to warrant her own spin-off though.

Neither Iceman nor Pyro are big enough characters to warrant a spin-off, although we need to see more of both of them. In power terms, the ice-slide and some creative fire-shapes would be nice!

If I HAD to pick a character for a spin-off it would be a Storm/Black Panther spin-off, partly because the idea of a secret advanced city in Africa is a great concept for film.

But we are getting a Wolverine spin-off anyway, and possibly a Magneto one. And maybe even a TV series spin-off of one of the young female characters.

Regardless, Storm, clealry and without doubt, she actually has the most action packed background, aside from Wolverine... and while Cyclops while tragically awesome, isn't as much fun without his supporting cast...

I think a colossus spin-off would be do-able. they could take some inspiration from the ultimate x-men franchise and have a young colossus working for the russian mob and then have him work his way towards defeating another russian x-men affiliated baddie....OMEGA RED
