Well he was getting cured while he was on the tower, so he was transforming from mutant to human. Maybe that's why he looked a little orange to you.

i guess its possible. i just know that when i see the man sticking on the wall at the rally i always think "is that Toad (Ray Parker)?" and i never got that impression from the guy at Alcatraz.

the rally was held at night, and the lighting was dark in that church. the guy at Alcatraz had the features of a black man, but the one at the rally looked white (he looked like a 3D Ray Parker).

What a coincident. Stryker's son was never called Mastermind in the comics. Two totally different characters. Just because he has the same powers in the movies doesn't make him Mastermind. Phoenix didn't have firery powers but we didn't call her a different name...it is still Phoenix. Jason Stryker was still Jason Stryker...not Mastermind. Plus in the comics, Jason was killed by his father and didn't exhibit any powers.

So you're saying a guy with the exact same first name and the exact same superpowers isn't the same character.

Jason Stryker had more in common with Mastermind than Psylocke did with Psylocke...
