Yeah, that was a real, f**k up on Priest's part. There's no way that should have worked unless it was some sorta special kree highpowered rifle, and even then that would be kinda iffy.

I don't really see a problem with it. I mean, even with Thor's toughness, I could understand a sniper catching him off gaurd and Thor being knocked over because he didn't know what hit him. That being said, I'd imagine that he'd get up seconds later, highly pissed off and looking to shove a riffle up someone's ass.

That always struck me as weird too, and the way it happened was like they tried to make it seem as if Thor was actually killed by the Bullet.

Only explanation I can come up with was the bulled was made of Vibranium, the sniper was using wakandan tech so..

I'm not saying it should have hurt him. Simply that I don't see a problem with him being knocked over by it when caught unaware. If hit with enough force when your in a relaxed state, something that can't possibly hurt you can still knock you over or cause you to stumble. He shouldn't have been out for ten minutes obviously.

Wow, that's lame. A sniper's bullet knocking Thor over? Sure, I can see that just from the shock and force of the impact. But puncturing the skin and knocking him out? I call shenanigans. Extreme shenanigans.

Whatever. It's no worse than a little heat from a volcano ****ing him up during his first fight with Beta Ray Bill, even though he'd flown into the cores of stars before. Thor's been made a whipping boy almost as often as he's been made a badass.
