Harry: Will die saving Peter/Spider-Man from either Sandman or Venom.

Flint Marko: Will die after a brief battle with Venom where Venom bites Sandman or Venom could absorb Sandman & grow even bigger.

Eddie Brock: Will be impaled by the Goblin glider & injured while he is Venom, but this doesn't finish him off right away, so Spidey will get to beat the hell out of him.

Captain Stacy: Will get caught in the crossfire of one of Spidey's battles with the 3 villains & get killed.

Hoffman: Will be killed off when J. Jonah Jameson throws him out a window & blames it on Spider-Man & Venom when they are doing battle at the Daily Bugle.
