Nope. I mean, I suppose in some ways she kind of looks like a taller, freckle-less Emma, but her acting doesn't remind me of her at all. And I always thought Emma would've been better as MJ anyways.

Hmmm. Currently I really don't have my heart set on anyone.

IMO, MJ like JJJ and Peter (although I could think of more candidates for him) is a difficult character to cast and really get right. There's a certain "joie de vivre" feel that she should have (someone who lights up a room and whose sexiness and perceived confidence effortlessly commands attention: almost the exact opposite of Peter out of the suit), yet there's emotional complexity, a certain look that doesn't suit everybody, and a strong personality and sense of humor that can be both endearing and biting at times.

Maybe it's because I am such a fan. High expectations and such.

I'm really not too bothered who they cast in the role. So long and she's pretty, young and can act. And obviously works well with Garfield. I mean the question really here is whether or not MJ will even be in it and whether the franchise is even continuing or not.....
