Who have you created?

This is a creative group of people and I have no doubt that atleast some of you have created your own super heros and other characters. Here is a nice place to talk about those characters. I'll start of with my own favorite creation. His name is patchwork. He's a colorful sock puppet. He works on a christian kid's show called "Patchwork and Pals" which is on a public access channel. There's a lot more to him but I just thought I'd tlel you a little bit. I have created around 8 super heros about 80 (yes 80) killers none of which have stories written about them yet but they all have their own special story. I have designed my own Space Legacy. But it's more along the lines of a civil war on earth in the future. So let's hear about your all's creation.

Well, in 2001 I wrote about a character I created called "The Outsider" and his group of followers called "The Lost Souls".

The Outsider is 17 and he and the Lost Souls go out at night and kill anyone that he considers to be someone who is doing bad things to people like them (teenage loners, misfits, outcasts, etc.); but unfortunately this includes innocent people because in his mind anyone who isn't like them is guilty. They've killed everyone from gangmembers, drug dealers, and prostitutes to people who haven't engaged in criminal activities like jocks, rich kids, just because of how people have treated him and the Lost Souls.

Not knowing that how he feels that people hate those like him who are different, he's doing the same to people who aren't like him.

There's a whole backstory to his childhood and everything but I won't discuss all of it; but I will say that his breaking point was when his mother was shot in front of him by his stepfather and put a deep scar over his left eye.

Yeah, I guess you can say that. The whole idea was you have a teenager who's an outcast who's constantly picked on until one day he snaps and takes out his frustration on everyone in school; so what would happened if a group of these teens got together and instead took out an entire city.

Back in the beginning of 1990 a buddy and I came up with our own comic book universe. We each created characters. The premiere team was a group known as the Wild C.A.R.D.S. I can't remember what C.A.R.D.S stood for. Anyway, they were a "black ops" team. We were working hard on creating all the characters, backgrounds and everything. And then Image comics came out. We we shocked that our characters were a mixture of WildCATS, Youngblood and CyberForce. We basically just gave up on the whole thing. I still have a couple drawings of some characters in my art portfolio.

Hmm. I don't really create. I expand. I've written several fanfictions within a comic universe, but involving original characters.

I was close to creating a story based on a piece of artwork depicting a chained, ragged female angel that was going to involve the usual war-of-the-species, forbidden-romance plot that I specialize in, but I never started it.

I have written a long and engrossing Fanfiction of the X-men that I also illustrated. It has a lot of my own people in it, most notably my Siskans. A Siskan is a holographic person, in this case they were made sentient by accident. They kinda meet up with the X-men and mayhem and hilarity ensues. My favorite Siskan is my Kimble. He was damaged and missing codes and so his half brother Seth was created to "finish" him. It's sorta complicated but here's the two of them together. Kimble is the one with dark hair.

i drew several characters and had a plan that would include a live action film . i then assumed that my ideas were the d version of better known characters and threw out all my illustrations . now i see comic companies constantly creating rip-offs left and right . suddenly my ideas seem more original .

I'm writing and planning a Doctor Who Series 5 fan fiction. And I must say I'm in fricking love with my companion, Noah Crestley. He's awesome blossom.

I created a character called Mother Goose. He is not a she and is not really a goose but a swan. He is a psychopathic mass murdering swan.

Way back in the day, I created a character called Warhammer o). He was the most obvious Doctor Fate rip-off ever. Matter of fact, the sketch looked like Doctor Fate on steroids with Doctor Strange's cloak. I can draw well, but I am not the most creative person.

Actually, one of my characters I created way back in the day. I made a villain for my bro's role playing group, and they never got around to using him. I held on to the idea, and have added more to it over the years.

He is now my heroes arch-enemy, and I have a grand scale story all plotted out for him (even down to the twists and how I clue the audience in on the mystery). I am just waiting to decide how I what to write the character for medium wise.
