Who is the better Bruce Wayne/Batman

I Believe in Christian Bale. He added so much to the character and portrayed it very well. He managed to distinct the three parts of his psique pretty well: Bruce /Party Boy, Bruce/Batman and Batman. I felt more empathy for him than for other Batman´s in film (except perhaps Kevin Conroy in MOTP)

Keaton was a perfect Bruce Wayne/Batman for Burton's movies, Bale is perfect in the roles in Nolan's movies. Different styles, hard to compare, yadda yadda...

Keaton was goofy and likeable. Schumacher's vision was so crappy that it didn't matter what Kilmer and Clooney did. They were tolerable but nothing to write home about. Then there's Bale who absolutely nailed the role every way imaginable. His Bruce Wayne was brooding, tormented, vengeful, intense and volatile. Bale was also great as the playboy Bruce. He came off brilliantly as an arrogant a**hole. Truly a great performance.

I'd say Adam West was the best Bruce Wayne, in that awful 60s series I have to admit it, followed by Val Kilmer

All the Batman actors I like excelled in different aspects in my eyes so it's difficult for me to vote. Adam West isthe silver age Batman in the flesh. Keaton was the best Batman, Kilmer was the best overall Bruce, Bale completely nailed the private Bruce and Conroy had the best voice.

i enojyed both of keaton's portrayal,

he always struck me as a longer reigning batman and hence why he was more separated and playboy esque from society...

kinda like how bruce would be in batman beyond near his twilight days as batman

Keaton and Bale are both honorable Bruce Waynes/Batmen.

But I vote for Keaton, since I grew up with him as my Batman, and he's generally a little more enigmatic, as Batman needs to be.

Keaton was an excellent Batman, but his Bruce needed some work, although it was still good.

Kilmer was a great Wayne, but his Batman was awful.

Clooney never got a chance to play either character, he was playing an action figure.

Bale is all around great at both roles. So he gets my vote, with Keaton in a close second.

Also, you haven't seen Bale lately. He surely doesn't have that boyface look anymore.

I will go with Bale. He nail the whole thing perfectly, though Keaton was good. But Bale nail it better along with him looking better than Keaton too as Wayne.

I think Kilmer was good and I stand by it, not necesarily the best but nothing to laugh about (that's Clooney to me), at least IMO. Keaton still is my Favourite performance.

I have to separate the two entities.

Keaton was the better Batman, but his Bruce Wayne was hugely underdeveloped.

On the other hand, Bale completely owns the Bruce role, but I'm not a big fan of his Batman.
