My nemesis is a regular alcoholic at the casino I work at. Everytime I cut her off from the alcohol, she threatens to kill me, screams every curse word in the book at me (even some new ones that I never heard of), and continues to do so until I finally get her out of the casino. She does this at least twice a month.
